Century 21 Adobe Realty has over the years found that accountability, support and coaching are the key factor for a successful training program. There is no substitute for hands on training. The associates’ development is crucial in the first 90 days.
 
 The BOOT CAMP TRAINING (In house training consists of 13 classes)) incorporates field training, coaching and particle hands on training. Century 21 Adobe Realty Brokers, Managers, Relocation Director, and Computer Technicians conduct the training.  This curriculum includes associate development monitoring for 90 days.
 
Our Coaching Program: In-house Coaching for agents consists of a coaching program where mangers conduct round table discussions, field training, and mini seminars to demonstrate technique. Business plans are developed and reviewed to help agents rise to the next level. 
 
Mentoring Program: The development of an associate’s skills, potential, self confidence and professional progress by providing support with a one on one Mentor/Trainer.
